Minerals are essential to body growth. They should be regularly provided to body  because it eliminates them with the same regularity.

Chromium is an important mineral in the synthesis of cholesterol. Chromium can be obtained from natural sources such as: cabbage, corn oil, mollusks, crustaceans, grains, wheat germ and meat.

This mineral also helps in the growth process. Some herbs have in their composition chrome:

Zinc
is a mineral that helps and is useful for:

Zinc can be found in: beans, sunflower seeds, cucumbers, mushrooms, cabbage, pumpkin seeds, milk, oysters, eggs. We must not exaggerate  with the administration of zinc, because it can be dangerous, disturbing copper absorption.

It is recommended to try to balance the relationship between copper and zinc. In addition, zinc helps in reproduction and fertility.

Copper is one of the main minerals in hemoglobin synthesis, and in processing of fats into energy sources for the body. Copper, help at skin pigmentation (setting its color). Copper may be naturally obtained from: peanuts, leek, green vegetable, plums, nuts, corn, spinach, beans, asparagus, beets, grapes, peas, almonds, mushrooms and also in animal products: liver, crustaceans, fish , eggs.

Manganese is a mineral that helps in balancing of glucose, cholesterol and fat in the body. It can be assimilated  through the consumption of natural products: seeds, tea leaves, beans, grains, beets, nuts and ginger.

Manganese helps to a good function of hormonal activity and to bones strengthening and body energy supply. Important to remember is that the recommended dose must not be exceeded,  for the functions and roles mentioned above to be fulfilled.

strawberry_1Vanadium is found in whole grains, in black pepper, strawberries, meat and shellfish. As a main function, vanadium helps  to improve insulin insufficiency.
