The society is one of the factors that influence our daily diet and lifestyle negatively. The promotion of processed food, fast food and too cooked food, distributed water in plastic recipes, influence us to adopt a lifestyle far from what means natural, without chemicals.
However, each of us is obliged to take responsibility for own health, it is fundamental to understand what food is good for a life without problems, which food is healthy, how nutrients can be obtained from natural sources and how important is daily diet in maintaining ideal body weight.
Tips:
- Follow a diet composed 80 - 100% of fresh raw food;
- Eat more fruits than vegetables. Fruits are full of antioxidants, leading to a strengthened immune system and to a normal body functioning;
- Avoid cooked food. If you absolutely need to cook food, do it on steam not fire. Use stainless steel pots. Avoid teflon pots;
- Avoid consumption of distilled water, packed in plastic containers. Distilled water will take chemicals contained in plastic packaging;
- Drink water only from glasses. Plastics can be harmful to the body;
- Avoid foods that saturate too quickly and high-fat sauces;
- Eat many whole grains, they are the richest fiber sources and help the body to function properly. Whole grains are the base for a nutritional, balanced and healthy lifestyle;
- Get the vitamins and minerals from natural sources (fruits, vegetables, cereals) and avoid food supplements that promise to ensure you the necessary of vitamins and minerals;
- Drink on an empty stomach a glass of water with lemon in the morning. This will help your body to remove toxins and lose weight;
- Consume food necessary only to carry out daily activities, without making excesses.
