Our food habits and social mores make weight loss more difficult: coffee with cream and cookies, candy, chocolate, sweet drinks all day.
Some people after following a weight loss diet and lose a little weight after few time they quickly recover lost weight. This alternation of weight gain / weight loss is more harmful than a permanent condition of obesity. It may also be one of the causes of hypertension.
I think the best weight loss diet is based on special diet which take into account patient needs.
The problem of obesity is of prime importance. To carry unnecessary weight is not only a aesthetic problem but also a longevity problem.
Tips to lose weight:
- Chew each piece of food until it slips easy to the neck. So, you will benefit not only by nutritional value of food but also you'll lose weight because you eat less. Most people eat fast, so they are predisposed to weight gain;
- Do not buy anything that contains glutamate. Sodium glutamate irritates the stomach and finally it occurs a feeling of hunger;
- At lunch eat homemade vegetable soup and a salad, so the stomach will be filled before serving other rich foods;
- If you need to nibble between meals or while watching television, eat raw or boiled fruits, never dry (because they are high in sugar). In this way weight loss will be progressive, not spectacular. Also any healthy weight loss can not occur with a miraculous speed;
- is important to give up to dinner or replacing it with very "light" foods. After some nutritionists you should eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
