To digest well throughout the day, the stomach must be prepared since morning. It is recommended that immediately after waking up, on  empty stomach to drink a glass of water with lemon juice or a glass of water and bran.

Many people talk that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and there are some available proverbs like:

  • "Eat breakfast alone, lunch share with friends and give dinner to enemies" or


  • "eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar".

In the morning we must eat well, but not so much without being really hungry. Till lunch don't eat anything.

It is important that in a day to have one substantial meal and two light meals. We must choose which is the most consistent meal: breakfast or lunch. With such meals we can handle a full day of activity, even those who work harder.

Breakfast


orange_lineAt breakfast the best food is represented by raw natural flakes (nuts flakes, corn flakes), with a cup of fresh milk or herb tea. To keep your ideal weight you should give up the traditional bread with butter and replace it with a salad or melon and nuts.

Lunch

orange_lineIf breakfast isn't the most important meal, then lunch must be the most consistent meal in order to ensure energy needs for that day. A healthy lunch should always include a salad. Otherwise you can eat what you want of these allowed foods: limited amounts of black bread, vegetables and fruit, lean beef, fresh fish (pike, perch, tench, barbel), yogurt, potatoes, semolina in small quantities, etc

Dinner


orange_lineDinner may consist of fresh, raw fruit, oil seeds or a cup of milk. Cereal flakes are also recommended because they are easily digestible and don't increase diuresis.
