To digest well throughout the day, the stomach must be prepared since morning. It is recommended that immediately after waking up, on empty stomach to drink a glass of water with lemon juice or a glass of water and bran.
Many people talk that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and there are some available proverbs like:
- "Eat breakfast alone, lunch share with friends and give dinner to enemies" or
- "eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar".
In the morning we must eat well, but not so much without being really hungry. Till lunch don't eat anything.
It is important that in a day to have one substantial meal and two light meals. We must choose which is the most consistent meal: breakfast or lunch. With such meals we can handle a full day of activity, even those who work harder.
