Tips for the main daily meals based on raw vegetables:

The most important thing we must know before every meal is to chew very well, because well chew means half-digested and a lower risk to gain weight.

Breakfast

  • it is the most important meal in a day, and it must be consistent and nourishing;
  • a breakfast based on raw vegetables is perfect for an ideal silhouette;
  • a consistent breakfast can be made from muesli (millet muesli);
  • if you get used to drink coffee after breakfast, you should replace it with an apple or a chicory coffee;
  • a fruit juice or a vegetable juice rich in vitamins is adequate before breakfast.

 Lunch

  • salads can be served at each lunch; salad must contain at least one leaf vegetable, a roots and a fruit vegetable, example: celery - spinach - tomatoes; beetroot - lettuce - mushrooms;
  • who wants to gain weight should prepare a salad with the mixer from all possible vegetables, so the person eats more (as nutritional value not quantitative);
  • during the meal we should not drink, because the gastric juices will be diluted and digestion will be more difficult;
  • it is important to drink after 2-3 hours after the lunch. Thirst can be best appeased with herbal tea or water.

Dinner

  • to have a healthy sleep, dinner should be simple and easily digestible;
  • you should eat at least three hours before bedtime;
  • we must eat fruit and nuts or different types of cereal flakes.

Snacks


  • ideal snack is represented by fruits, they are easily digestible and turn quickly into sugars;
  • another permitted snack can be: natural fruits juices or nuts.
