We all resort to diets for weight loss that we find in magazines or from friends, which usually does not help us to loss weight, and these diets even worsen the situation.

 

Tips for healthy weight loss are varied, but it is very important to keep in mind because they will help us to fight against body fat.

 

  • there should never mix white bread, flour, with meat, fats and oils during the same meal.

  • chocolateshould avoid chocolate, avocados, liver, peanuts and sugar in the diet.

  • we must forget the white rice and french fries. Eat only raw and wild rice (of course in moderation).

  • prepare your own fruit juices. Avoid fizzy drinks and industrial fruit juices.

  • eat more dietary fiber, salads, green vegetables, fruit.
