A healthy life means a healthy diet and an ideal weight. Learn to control your diet avoiding "bad" foods and eating healthy foods.
- Drink green tea, it improves blood circulation to the brain and maintains strong cartilage;
- Eat an apple every day, apples lowers cholesterol level;
- Eat dark chocolate daily, it improves blood circulation;
- Give up white bread in favor of the dark bread. Dark bread have more fiber, seeds, iron and potassium.
- Eat fruits and vegetables at every meal, especially: eats peas, broccoli, lettuce, spinach and beans;
- Train your body with short exercises daily;
- Eat nuts daily, nuts are among the healthiest food, full of vitamins and also help in weight loss;
- Eat oatmeal, brown rice, whole grains, broccoli, zucchini, green leafy vegetables, potatoes, and fruits. They help to achieve a low cholesterol, help digestion, regulate blood sugar levels and insulin levels and reduce calories;
- Eat more fiber to reduce digestive disorders;
- Drink much tea: black tea, green tea and herbal tea. These teas contain antioxidants and substances that enhance your health;
- Eat fish more often; avoid pork. After regular consumption of omega 3 it was observed a visible improvement of blood circulation at obese people with heart problems;
- Do not eat eggs at dinner! An old proverb says: an egg ate at breakfast is a medicine, at lunch is a food and at dinner is poison. Last meal of the day should necessarily contain fresh fruits and vegetables;
- Include in your diet: light meat, beans, milk, yogurt and cheese, fish oil, carrot juice;
