In any diet that you choose to lose weight it is important to know that you should respect some rules. The most important are:

  • Diet control

orange_line- take care about you eat and remove more energy than you use;

  • Make a picture before the diet

orange_line- to show the progress of your weight loss diet take a picture before and after you have lost weight. It will be an encouragement reason, seeing how much you have progressed and how many kilos you lost.

  • Read the food labels

  • Talk about the diet with your family and friends

orange_line- tell them about your efforts to lose weight. They can protect you against the mistakes that you can make in your diet.

  • Avoid  fast foods and sweetened juices

pizzaorange_line- eating fast foods as: pizza, hamburger, shaorma is bad and they don't help body in any way. Moreover, they are rich in many harmful  and unknown substances that could stop any progress in weight loss.

  • Set your "ideal weight"

orange_line- think at your body with an ideal weight. This must be your purpose.
