If you want to lose weight or maintain your body weight must strictly follow some weight loss tips as:

 

  • even if you follow a weight loss diet or take a normal meal you should chew thoroughly slowly, focusing to taste; take a break from mid table to assess what you've already consumed; 

  • teach to celebrate large and small successes else than food: a good book, a walk with your friend, a new coat; 
 
  • remove snacks; do not eat while do something else;

  • do not eat before meals.

  • climbing stairs for three minutes;

 

  • cycling for ten minutes;

 

  • walking for half an hour;

 

  • running for five minutes.

A normal caloric diet considering age, work and an ideal weight should include: 25-30% fat food,s 11-13 proteins and 55-62% carbohydrates. Also for 24 hours we should include in our eating: 4 servings carbohydrate, 2 servings protein and 1 serving fat.
