"Better few food than long disease"


We all know that to get a weight loss we first should know the causes that have generated a weight gain.

 

Many people accumulate fat due to excess consumption of sweets, fats, farinaceous foods and even salt. Other weight gain causes can be:

 

  • sedentary life;

  • glandular disorders;

  • endocrine disorders (example: menopause);

  • improper administering of medications;
 
  • weight loss diet taken without consulting your doctor (this type of diet affect your tissues and organs and the struggle with extra pounds is in vain);

  • mental and emotional shocks.

 

Here are some weight loss tips:


  • reduce consumption of fats and carbohydrates;

  • taking meals at fixed hours approximately, without forgetting one of them;

  • people should eat as much as is necessary for body to function normally;

  • food must be well chewed;

  • food should be varied;

  • sedentary life must be removed, and replaced by workout;

  • it is necessary to eat fruits and vegetables, but not too much because they can lead to weight gain;

  • more that 2 liters of water every day (important to note is that the water not be drunk during meals and it should be drunk between meals);

  • we should avoid salt, excessive consumption of beer, fizzy drinks, coffee, milk, and while maintaining an organized life;

  • also we should establish a balance between nutrition and physical and mental mood.
