Don't give up! You can still lose weight!

Here, I'll talk about some efficient tips when you need to lose weight. It is important that all tips to be respected.


Live a healthy lifestyle every day. Never forget about raw fruits and vegetables and water. These are the most important in our daily diet.


First, of all,

- don't starve, try to less less than usually and to diversify your meals eating every day raw fruits and vegetables, especially vegetal fibes (like those from eggplant);

 

 

- resist to the fast and fat food temptation (ice cream, cake);


- don't let your busy schedule to take from you a healthy meal. We, all are tempted to give up to cook healthy food because we are too busy and it is much simpler to buy some fast food;


- learn to have a strict accounting on what you eat and when you eat;


- try to avoid processed food, improperly cooked meals, food with many preservatives, additives and toxins from polluted environment;


- try to take your vitamins and minerals from raw fruits and vegetables; keep in mind one thing, once you have boiled the fruits and the vegetables, all the vitamins from them are lost, because they are very sensitive.


Then,

- tell to your family and friend about your diet, they can help you to avoid mistakes like eat food that contain sugar or other element responsible for weight gain and obesity;


- establish your targets on how mush you want to lose weight and make a list with healthy food and with restricted, even forbidden food;


- don't ever try diets written in media or books. If somebody has lost weight with a certain diet, this doesn't mean that you will also lose weight. Your body can react differently, and you will end in gaining weight;


- adopt a good exercise program, in order to burn fat and replace it with muscle.


So, in loosing weight you must take into account these tips and to understand that is no use to follow "miraculous" diets. All you need is to have balanced meals with healthy food and to make exercises daily, for a strong body.
