Cellulite
or excessive fat accumulation on thighs, legs, belly affect not only silhouette aesthetic but also have bad repercussions on health.

Treatment methods are varied, and must be prescribed by your doctor depending on the cellulite.

Most women use cosmetics as treatment, where there are manual or electric massages and paraffin baths for cellulite removal.

A natural treatment known and often used in cellulite removal is poultices application to the cellulite affected areas. These poultices are prepared from these herbs: ivy (ivy decoction), meadow sweet (meadow sweet infusion), vine (vine infusion).


Cellulite treatment can not be complete without exercises:

  • Breathing exercise: sit on back with arms stretched over hips and knees bent. Pick up your bust and hips expiring. Recover. This exercise will help to detoxify the body;

  • Bust exercise: Sit with legs crossed and hands leaned on your neck, take your hands over your head sticking them. Make this move but with hands at back. Repeat several times;

  • Hips exercise: Sit on back with arms stretched, forming a T. Lift left leg high, then rotate your hips touching the floor on the right part with your tiptoe. Execute the exercise also with the right leg. Repeat several times;

  • Belly exercise: Stand with arms stretched along your hips and knees bent, lift right leg and bring your knees to your chest, then lift left leg and extend it parallel with right leg. Return the legs down and recover. Repeat several times;

  • Thighs exercise: seating with legs extended and hands resting on the floor, move your body weight on the right thigh and moving your bust raising your arms overhead. Move then your body weight on the left thigh and then do the same movements with body and arm.
