Body releases toxins and fat can be achieved leading an active life, which involves daily physical activities.

Next exercises will help you to correct your outfit (a better right position), to freshening blood and to improving blood circulation, a greater resistance of the your organism and creates a well mental state.

In that follows will be presented some exercises that will bring more benefits to body:

Shoulder rotation

- in this exercise you should rotate shoulders forward describing a circle,  five times.


Rocking arms

- each arm must be balanced forward to describe a circle. Then the arms must be balanced together forward and backward five times, describing a circle.

Squeeze fists

- stretch arms forward at shoulder height, with palms down. Bend your fingers, raise your fist slowly then open the palm. This exercise should be repeated five times. After each exercise it is recommended to shake fingers.

Stretch

- put your right foot as far as you can in your face. Keep the other foot well stuck in the ground. With arms outstretched, lean body forward. Stretches of to forward five times. Then switch feet and repeat.

Exercise for neck and head

- standing, with hands on hips, leaning your head until your chin reaches the chest. Then leave your head on back as much as you can. Return to starting position. Turn head slowly to the left, and back again. Repeat this exercise five times.

Body flexions and torsions

- with hands on hips, slowly lean forward as much as you can. Then let on your back. Return to starting position. Turn back to right, return,  then turn to your left. The exercise must be repeated five times.

These are very helpful exercises for body. Before beginning we recommended heating by walking or other ways. The intensity of exercise execution can be changed while the progress is made.
