Cellulite can be stopped using in our diet some aliments or exclude from our diet some aliments:
- you should drink daily a glass of tomato juice and eat often raw cabbage;
- avoid minced meat or products with minced meat;
- you should eat every day cereals, oat flakes, bran (example: bread bran), fruits and vegetables;
- salt should be replaced with sodium and potassium.
Weight gain and cellulite are the consequences of fat. Reducing fat from nourishment lead to cellulite reduction. For this, you should:
eat chicken and turkey meat. Before you cook it in the oven, it is advisable to remove the skin from meat;
you should avoid fried fish, sausage sandwiches and hamburgers;
you should not consume more than a table spoon of butter per day;
use skimmed milk. You should avoid fat milk and cream;
do not eat cake with whip cream, replace it with fresh fruits as dessert;
salad dressings contains much oil, eat salad with very little vinegar or lemon juice.
If you respect these tips and avoid the aliments and substances that generate toxins which are retained in fatty tissues and produce cellulite, you will get a smoother and younger skin.
