Another health problems that can appear due to excessive weight gain could be: rectum cancer, breast, cervical, uterus and prostate cancer, infertility, suicide, sudden death.

Stroke:

The risk of a stroke is two to four times higher at persons with diabetes type 2, 90% from these persons are overweight.

The stroke is produced when a blood vessel breaks or when a clot block an artery in the brain, nerve cells being damaged.

In addition, obesity damages the spine, the hips and knees, by eroding the cartilages.

As I mention in previous article, heart diseases are caused by a high cholesterol level which favors fat deposits in arteries.

Workout is a greater natural way to reduce the cholesterol from blood, to adjust hearth rhythm and to train heart muscle.

The most effective training is a simple running on distances of 1-2 km, with faster steps than jogging (heart may get tired, forcing it to a medium effort, over to long time).

Yoga can be another way of prevention of cardiovascular diseases, based on a static gymnastic, working with breathing.


When you weight at least 25% over normal weight, we can speak about obesity.


Treat yourself through workout, start gradually, under medical control and correlated with other methods of treatment (administration of detoxified herbs, remedies that remove water from tissues).

Only workout melts fats and tightens muscles, resulting a harmonious silhouette.
