Weight gain causes

 

Some food lead to weight gain and most of them are unhealthy.

Learn to avoid them!

To lose weight we must know what were the causes that favored weight gain.

It is more important to identify and reduce weight gain causes than to treat the effects (diseases, cellulite, depressions).

One of the most common obesity causes of is inadequate diet.

Milk
loses its therapeutic power and its nutritional qualities when it is cooked or heated. The main elements of milk, especially calcium, iron and phosphorus, wouldn't be assimilated and metabolized by our bodies.

Pasteurized milk is not useful for our body. The only advantage of this milk is that it can stored for a long time and transported without perishing.

All the nutrients from wheat grain are in bran and in wheat germ.

Wheat flour is extracted from bran and wheat germ inside, which contain only starch.

Thus bread made from wheat flour isn't useful for our body, adding residue and acidifying blood.

The more white is flour, the more we should avoid it.

The heat for cooking bread destroys nutrients that are still existing.

Between table salt and sea salt there is a big difference. Sea salt is composed of about 100 elements and table salt of two elements.

One of these two elements is chlorine, which has a high concentration in table salt and can be a factor that causes diseases, changing body weight through water retention.

In raw foods are available all salt nutrients.

The salt we needed is found enough in raw foods (we don't need table salt).

Have you ever heard that boiled vegetables represent a risk in a weight loss diet? I guess not.

I will explain why raw vegetables are preferred instead boiled vegetables.

Vegetables which are boiled in water are very impaired. For example, boiled cabbage usually loses 60% of its initial value.

Besides enzymes, through boiling are largely destroyed vitamins. One of the most important vitamin, vitamin C, whose main task is cleaning the blood is totally lost by boiling vegetables.

Also all mineral are eliminated through boiling water, so vegetables do not contain anything nutritious in them.

All these can happen also if you prepare vegetables on steams.
