BREAD

Ordinary bread is made with sifted flour (not mention the frozen industrial doughs) and, therefore, it  is totally devoid of what is required by a normal metabolism.

Concerning nourishing, bread brings only energy in form of glucose.

Concerning digestion, the bread brings disorders because all elements which should have to assure a proper digestion disappeared when the flour is  refined.

The more white is the bread, the more "evil" it becomes, because the whiteness indicates a high degree of sifting flour.

Dark bread, made with shifted flour is more acceptable, because it contains fibers (cellulose). 

Amount of glucose that it gives is far lower than white bread. 

So you can gain weight a little. But no matter how good is that bread, because it is recommended to be suppressed from the lunch and dinner

It is recommended to eat vegetables rich in fibers, whose role in intestinal transit is as or more important than if you eat dark bread with seeds. 

This type of bread (dark bread) is an important aliment in weight loss diet, especially if it is eaten only at breakfast.

Brandies, Armagnac or pear spirits and other digestive drinks are delicious, but harmful in all viewpoints, for your weight balance.

BEER


beerBeer is a drink that should to be consumed with great moderation.

 

Side effects of beer are: distensions, weight gain, bad breath, indigestion, despite the presence of diastasis, small enzymes whose job it is just to help digestion.


Beer contains everything is worse: alcohol (of course, in moderate amount), acid, but especially a large quantity of a carbohydrate - maltose (4 g per liter) - whose glycemic index is 110, higher than glucose.

 

Moreover, the association between alcohol and sugar promote hypoglycemia, which is the origin of fatigue, so of low performance.

Therefore, beer is a drink with a big energy power, if we refer to the establishment of reserve fats.

You should abandon beer, especially between meals. It may still be consumed twice a year, providing that the beer has a good quality.

WINE


There is no distinction between white wine and red, except the mention that wine red, contains - in general - more tannin.

Tannin has indeed special treatment virtues because the contained procyanidins allows in limitation of forming fat deposition of cholesterol in blood vessel walls.

So wines rich in tannin contribute to prevent cardiovascular disease.

Wine will be part of normal nutrition providing to remain in a reasonable amount (about half a liter per day) and to be drunk, wherever possible, to end the meal, when the stomach was already filled with food.
