Coffee

Real coffee, very strong, which dose of caffeine is higher should be consumed carefully, even eliminated from your diets.

You should drink coffee that contains less caffeine.

If you're a wicked coffee drinker, no doubt you feel the need to drink coffee as a stimulant to wake you up.

If you have usually sudden moments of fatigue and, especially, about 11 a clock in the morning or in the mid afternoon, during digestion, this is because of hypoglycemia.

Caffeine is banned because, although it is not a carbohydrate it has a stimulating effect of pancreas and produce insulin secretion.


Milk


Natural milk is a food with carbohydrates and lipids, and it has in composition both fat and carbohydrates.

It is therefore better to avoid it and not buy than skimmed milk.

Carbohydrates are removed during the cheese production, which not maintain than fat and proteins (except goat cheese).

In the cow cheese with 0% fat, remains only proteins and few carbohydrate (5 g per 100 g of cheese).


Fizzy drinks


These drinks are prepared, generally, with synthetic extracts  of fruit or herbs, and all have the same major defective: contains much sugar.

 

So they are harmful and, therefore, they must totally be excluded, not only because they have  much sugar in composition, but also because the acid that they are containing have the effect of stomach irritation,  gastritis and aerophagia.

 

Even if they are made based on natural extracts, you should watch them because these fizzy drinks may be toxic.

 

It was observed that natural extracts of citrus, indeed contains significant harmful substances such as terpenes.

 

The worst of these drinks, the cola-based, should be either prohibited or reported by a special label, such as cigarette packs.

 

Today cola consumption has taken such a magnitude. Caffeine has stimulating properties.

 

Phosphoric acid is a strong acidifier, and the large concentration of phosphorus may upset the calcium - phosphorus ratio in the diet, with a serious danger in setting calcium in bones.

 

Drink called cola-based - with the current composition - should be categorically prohibited to children and adolescents.

 

They are not beneficial to anybody. You must necessarily avoid fizzy drinks. No coke!

 

Fruits juice


It is recommended to prefer fruit to enjoy thus the cellulose from their pulp.

 

Of course only fruits juice that you make yourself from fresh fruits are acceptable.

 

Do not ever eat so-called fruits juice of ferments completely devoid of vitamins, too acidic and with sugar.
