The perfect drink is water. It contains no calorie, and is the most important for our body. 

Other drinks with 0 calories are diet drinks. Diet drinks came as a solution in reduction of sweet and fizzy drinks with many calories. Are these drinks healthy?

Diet drinks solve sugar problem but can generate other problems as: additives used to color, to sweeten and to preserve the drink, and sinthetic flavors which have an irritating effects to the stomach.

Most of them are chemicals and are bad for our body.

Most of drinks (dietetic or not) contain phosphoric acid.

Nowadays, phosphorus consumption is high, so drinkind these drinks, our body is obliged to remove phosphorus excess by the kidneys, through calcium - phosphorus combination.

So, when we drink sweet fizzy drinks our body eliminates phosphorus and few calcium, which can affect our health through some disease, as for example: osteoporosis.

- sweet and fizzy drinks: 340 g contain 140 calories;

- diet drinks: 340 g contain 0 calories (!! pay attention to chemicals from these drinks);

- whole milk: 340 g contain 160 calories;

- milkshake: 340 g contain 425 calories;

- beer: 340 g contain 150 calories.
