Most people want to lose weight, but there are cases when someone wants to gain weight.

It seems relatively simple, eat more food, more fat and sweets and weight gain comes fast.

This is totally wrong because it will cause weight gain through increasing fat quantity and not muscle mass.

Fat increasing will cause many diseases, such as heart diseases, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and cancer.

If you want to gain weight in a healthy way, be sure to eat enough calories and protein daily, of course, accompanied by exercises.

Do not ever miss breakfast, in any form. So you can risk burning body fat already deposited for daily activities, and not have enough energy.

In this way you can lose weight not gain weight.

Lunch and dinner must be as consistent as you can eat.

Weight gain tips:

  • consume milky products, meat products, chicken and turkey breast are the most healthy (without skin and fat of course), fish is always recommended (due to omega 3 fatty acids);

  • can eat cakes, even if they do not give to your body vitamins and minerals, but on condition to eat grain, fruits and vegetables. The latter will not help you to gain weight, but they will provide vitamins and minerals that you need to compensate their absence if they eat only sweets and fried foods;

  • fried foods help to gain weight without exception. There are unhealthy, leading to accumulation of body fat and not to muscle;

  • relax after every meal;

  • eat when you are hungry, making sure you leave enough time for digestion.


Weight gain
is a process that should be done slowly to not disturb too much the body.
