Lemon is an indispensable exotic fruit, in healthy weight loss.

Usually, a weight loss diet is based on lemon, because it is the reason that fat persons loss weight.

First, it is very important that we drink every morning lemon with water.

Plenty of water must be drunk all day. In the morning lemon juice with water, helps to detoxify your body and stimulates the digestive system, favoring the activity of the intestines.

Water is essential if we need to lose weight, because it is very important for digestion.

Also water helps cells to work, carrying vitamins and minerals to the internal organs. To help the liver to eliminate toxins, we need to drink plenty of water.

This weight loss diet based on the lemon juice in the morning is preceded by others tips: although in this diet we should drink plenty of water, we must exclude liquids as: alcohol (it has more calories, it is recommended only a very small quantity of red wine, because it helps the heart), coffee, fizzy drinks (because it causes gas and distensions).

 

To provide the body with vitamin C, we must eat every day, at least five servings of fruits and vegetable.

This will help us to supply our body with energy, vitamins, minerals, and most importantly...few calories.

Thus, in daily snacks  we can integrate fruits and vegetables as:

These are the first steps that must be respected in a such weight loss diet: a glass of lemon juice and water in the morning and five servings daily of fruits and vegetables.
