Weight loss diets are various and their effects are different, leading to

numerous controversies.

Some people lose weight because of protein diets.

Protein diets
are recommended especially for energetic people with more physically activities daily.

There are some risks regarding this diet, especially when it is taken from magazines, books or friends. An expert doctor should monitor your and the way your body acts due to proteins diet.

Usually the causes of obesity are: overeating and insulin.

Wrong! A healthy weight loss is always based on healthy foods, plenty of water and workout.

Today, weight loss pills are used more and more. A lot of them are containing diuretics, so the water from our body is eliminated.

Because our body represents 70% water this weight loss pills easily help in water elimination.

So, some water kilos will be lost. Few days you will believe that the pills were useful because you lost some weight due to water elimination.

After a period, the body must be re-balanced, recovering the lost water and also, the lost weight is regained.
