A diet has negative effects, the only positive effect being weight loss, with the risk to appear other problems due to improper diet or to severe restrictions on what the body need to function optimally.

This diet represents only a way to lose weight. Many people have adopted the vegetarian diet as a way of life. But there are many kinds of vegetarian diets, to the most stringent, allowing only the consumption of vegetables, fruits, grains and seeds at those permissible, which allowed milk and its derivatives, plus honey and eggs.

Risks regarding this type of diet: a rapid transition from a normal food to a strictly vegetarian food may initially generate quite serious disorders: anemia, gastritis, irritable colon, blood pressure variations, etc..
Vegetarian diet is not recommended to adolescents or persons with bones problems.

Diet based on blood group:

In this diet,  you can decide what food can you eat, depending on your blood group;

Risks regarding this diet:

orange_lineIf you have A blood group, finally, the meat will be assimilated in the form of fat. Milky products are poorly digested and produce insulin - a factor that slows metabolism. In addition, milky products are high in saturated fats, which affects the heart, leading to obesity and diabetes;

If you're not motivated,  it is possible that you not see results from the first days, so you should persevere!;

It is not indicated to use this diet for more than 2-3 weeks, while you lose weight you might have problems with the body. You can use this diet to kick off a special diet program;

You must learn the list of recommended foods and to carry it with you until you learn to observe it strictly.
