Obesity damages the health and shortens the life.

The transition from one to another weight loss diet is bad for the body, because it depletes tissues, especially muscles and bones, and weakness the body, becoming susceptible to diseases and even unable to get rid of fat excess.

Fat people usually adopt diets that have helped others people to lose weight.

This doesn't mean that the effect is the same.

Weight loss programs
fail mostly because they are only temporary solutions for some long time problems.

Most people after the finish of their weight loss diet take again their regular foods and their old lifestyle habits.

After few months the person who followed the diet will regain the lost weight usually with a surplus.

When weight loss diets don't succeed there some aspects that can help you to have the body weight that you wanted:

orange_line- a lifetime commitment: even if sometimes you encounter disappointment when you follow a weight loss program or if sometimes you have food excesses, you shouldn't give up. With an increased attention the failures will gradually disappear;

- identify the problems: you should identify the factors that lead you to gain weight, taking simple measures as: avoid fizzy drinks, reduce fats and oils;

- desire for change: you must desire to get rid of extra pounds not for others sympathy, only for yourself;

- give more importance to health: try weight loss diets that are agreed to the health principles which include regular workout, food control  (eating fiber and reduce fat).
