Diets without fats:

All foods contain fats, and this may be the main cause for weight gain and obesity. Fats can be significant removed if you follow the next tips:

orange_line- avoid to eat butter, margarine, salad dressing, mayonnaise, peanut butter. Instead to eat these fat foods use sauces resulted from mixing of fruits and vegetables;

- avoid fried foods and fatty foods used as snacks, for example, french fries;

- all types of meat that contain excessive amounts of fat should be avoided;

- milk, milky products and cheese are rich in fats;

- eggs contain much fats and proteins.

Low-salt
diets:

Salt retains water and this cause weight gain. Find out how avoid salt from foods:

- do not eat commercial foods as: baking and pastry;

- avoid canned vegetables because they contain salt;

- no not use foods containing baking soda, baking powder, sodium glutamate, soy sauce, ketchup or mustard.
