Usually the causes of obesity are: overeating and insulin.
An unbalanced diet, with foods rich in sugars that are quickly assimilated (white bread, desserts, too cooked foods), alcohol consumption which make insulin production to increase dramatically, represent the main factors that lead to obesity.
To obtain an ideal weight we should limit our consumption of fat foods and opt for foods that favor fat elimination.
An example of this is the pectin, existing in fruits and vegetables. Pectin has a dual role: captures a portion of fat in order to remove it before being assimilated and delays the sugar absorption, which prevent weight gain.
To qualify the benefits of pectin we must eat more vegetables such as: green beans, bell peppers, eggplant, zucchini or fruits such as apples and quince. Besides pectin, fruits and vegetables bring us an additional advantage: vitamin C, which indirectly help the body to lower its tends to store fat.
You shouldn't avoid proteins!
When we want to have your weight lost we usually want to give up to meat and fish, but the body with such a diet low in protein, will first seek energy from muscle and not in fat reserves.
In this case weight is lost because the muscle mass is lost, which consume large amounts of energy.
To lose weight you must eat vegetables (rich in pectin), low milky products (high content of calcium and protein, which helps strengthen muscle mass).
