The most recommended fruits for a correct diet are: grapes, blueberries, dried fruits, strawberries, plums, mango, cherries, peaches, orange, grapefruit, pears, apples and pineapple.

Also vegetables necessary for a correct diet are: spinach, cauliflower, celery, cucumbers, carrots, garlic, onion, parsley, Brussels sprouts, green beans and tomatoes.

These food must be eaten in normal quantities. Every excess can damage normal body functioning.

As we told you, in the article about Detoxification, there are alkaline food (raw fruits and vegetables, the best for our health) and food that create acidity (alcohol, chocolate, meat).

So, for a correct diet, never associate proteins (foods that create acidity) with carbohydrates (alkaline food). Also, eat fruits alone, never in combination with other food.

A correct diet will equilibrate your weight and will reduce some frequent diseases: bloating, gas, stomach acidity, slow intestinal transit.

Our diet must be simple! If we adopt a simple diet, the digestive process will be more efficiently. Food decomposed easily will supply body with more energy.
