In a healthy weight loss diet we must take care of foods that we eat.

Ideally, we should adopt a weight loss diet after a medical control and supervision. In no case you shouldn't get a diet without consulting your doctor.

Anyway, if you want to take a weight loss diet or to keep your weight you should know about some healthy food that must be always present in your daily diet.

Raw seeds

Regarding rice, it must be bought when it can still germinate.

Sesame and sunflower seeds are some of preferred foods in weight loss diets, especially as snacks.

Roasted pumpkin seeds
are great to nibble and very healthy.

Wheat germ

Raw, fresh wheat germ represent a food very rich in enzymes. They have a greater nutritional value than even the nuts and oil seeds.

Sweet fruits

Figs and dates contain a high quantity of minerals. It is hard to find another food, except milk that have more calcium than figs. An important tip is that after eating these sweet fruits to clean teeth well.

Onions and garlic

Raw onion is very nourishing so, meals with raw vegetables which contain a large proportion of onions should not be too thick.

A larger amount of garlic helps us to sleep better and deeper, to clean and regenerate blood, have multiple therapeutic effects.

So garlic and onion represent one of the healthiest foods. Eat less but do not forget the garlic! It defends the body against infections.
