Protein are the first nutrients in our body, the main priority in our nutrition. Proteins are found in many foods, in a higher or lower quantity. Most protein are included in meat, milky products, soy, beans, peas, eggs. For our nutrition, the best proteins are those containing essential amino acids.
Proteins are composed of several types of amino acids.
Some amino acids can be produced by our bodies, and others, called essential amino acids can not be produced by our body.
So, we have to eat proteins containing essential amino acids. They can be found in milky products and meat.
