Does pineapple help in losing weight? You will say...no, because it is a fruit known for its calories (100 grams of pineapple contain 52 calories) compared with other fruits and vegetables.


Well, I'll say you that pineapple help in weight loss thanks to its water contain (over 80%), vitamin C and vegetable fibers. Also, pineapple has a favorable actions in treating cellulite and obesity.
