The easiest weight loss diet you can choose is about the integration of fruits and vegetables in our diets.

 

You must begin by consuming generous amounts of high-fiber foods such as:

 

- whole grains, vegetables, fruits, potatoes, beans.

You must eat fresh fruits, without adding sugar.
