An ideal silhouette is obtained when we adopt an exercise program to train each body part.
These exercises will develop muscles, will help eliminate cellulite and will prevent the risk of weight gain and also they are an essential factor in a weight loss diet.
Pectoral muscle strengthening can be achieved practicing sports like: swimming, rowing, gym ball, gym. Next will be shown some exercises necessary for pectoral muscles strengthening.
- with legs apart and arms along the body, rise your arms vertically straight, breathing, then descending them easy, expiring;
- in vertical position with arms laterally, and elbows bent, palms are pressed each other vigorously then they must be twisted with your fingers to the chest. Arms are gone down and then shake them, resume exercise 6-8 times;
- in vertical position go arms forward, laterally and up, palms are hit over the head. Movements are repeated several times, slowly, accompanied by deep breathing;
- with feet apart, with one arm resting on the hip, rotate the other arm three times before and then 3 times back . The same exercise must be performed for the other arm;
- in vertical position with arms raised above the head, you must perform similar movements as breaststroke swimming. Carry your arms laterally and let your head easily on back, breathing quickly and deeply. When the arms go back you should expire;
- sitting, with crossed legs and arms bent with hands on your chest and with your elbows stuck on torso, execute shoulders rotation up, back and forward; resume exercise 5 times.
