In the morning exercises which are made immediately after waking up have an important purpose: to make the transition from the rest during the night to the intense activity during the day.

Exercises also allow to circulatory system to adapt to new conditions. These exercises also help in weigh loss.

On awakening, in the prone position move away the pillow under your head and the start the exercises:


- with close feet and knees  you must stretch them to the bed edge; arms are up overhead, well stretched, then bring them slowly to the starting position, attached to the body;

- from the starting position with arms close to the body, rise left leg  slightly  from the knee and place it above the right leg which is fully stretched. Then repeat the exercise with your right leg;

- on your back with arms close to the body, raise your legs with high enough stretched knees to see legs fingertips, then descend them slowly.

- in the same position, rotate left foot to the right, then to the left. Resume the exercise with the right leg.

-  with your face down, with head twisted to the right and arms close to the body, raise your torso and legs. Turn to initial position the twist your head to left. Repeat!
